After being told "it can't be done!" the lantern bag came to be as a result of perseverance and skill. 

As well as its completely unique sculptural design, the Lantern Bag is also collapsible - it flattens down into a super handy size, ready to be popped into your weekend bag or suitcase. Roomy enough for a phone and your other bits and bobs, the Lantern Bag is not only beautiful, but handy. The go to bag for all occasions be it a wedding, birthday or a casual stroll.

Crafted in Nepal from saris sourced locally to the factory, the bag's design has circularity and longevity in mind.

Production takes place in Nepal, where founder Johannah Lordan has partnered with Purnaa, a social enterprise and Fair trade Factory, who prioritises the wellbeing of their workers alongside incorporating responsible processes in every stage of production. Purnaa's goal is to empower those most marginalised by society to give them a fresh starts and fulfilled lives.
